Last week Dave turned 27! We celebrated by going to dinner at Famous Dave's with his parents, brother, and best friend from growing up, Sohko. Then came back to our apartment for cake and ice cream.
I tried to be a little bit creative by writing a poem using different types of candy to tell him what his present from me was... and I learned that the grocery stores in Virginia do not carry very many types of candy! Also, they do not carry rainbow chip frosting. I went to FIVE grocery stores before I finally found it!
